Welcome to my $50,000,000 website. This site will go into detail on what I would do if I had $50,000,000. There is a lot to digest, but it would give you an idea on what’s important to me. One of the things I will wish to do is make sure that I will have enough financial resources, especially considering that it takes most businesses 2-3 years before they start to turn a profit. Unfortunately, I can’t wait 2 years to eat, and live. With that said, I will devote $5,000,000 to my investment account. This account will assume 9% ROI, and of course, net is 75% considering that taxes is 25%. To keep everything lined up, everything must work well for me. With me having $50,000,000 – this is what I will spend my money on.
- Investment Fund: $5,000,000
- Cash On Hand: $10,000,000
- My Realty Company: $35,000,000
Investment Fund
It will take time for the realty company to provide income. Most of the sites will need either major renovation, or a deconstruction, and rebuild to brand new. This will take weeks for everything to work. In the meantime, I will need to acquire apartment managers to handle the apartment, and provide for rentals. The investment fund will assure that I have the resources to make ends meet until the apartments fill up with tenants, and I can pay myself a salary.
Cash On Hand
This will be the money I will give myself to acquire all of the significant purchases I will want, and to cover my lifestyle until I start receiving income from my ventures. With that said, this money will have to be used until my investment fund starts returning a profit. I will guess that to be a couple of months, but the $5,000,000 that I will have will allow me to do everything I will need to do while keeping me above water.
Realty Company
I will acquire 10 properties. Each property will be distinct, and offer something that will be more than what the competition will offer. My Realty Company will hopefully have a lot going for it with 9 buildings for rent, and one realty office. Each building will have a manager. There will be maintenance team for all of the buildings. The realty office will have receptionists, I will be a part of it to make sure everything runs the way I would want it to.
