I will devote $35,000,000 for building out my realty company, and I will guess it will take a year to build everything I will want the way I will want it. The final project will likely be FSP Tower even though it will take priority with the time frame. I will also live on the top floor of this building to allow for a means of reasonable living when compared to my wealth. While one visiting me will know I have wealth, it’s not like I am doing too much as for luxury living.
I will have a realty office, and 9 sites (including FSP Tower). All of the sites will cater to a particular market. For example, I will have multiple buildings that would support Section-8. My two tallest buildings will have subsidized housing as the option, and there will be 4 buildings with SRO?s. All of this money will generate an income, and this income will naturally flow into the business account which every day – I will have to set up a transfer to the Swiss account to protect my assets. However, all of the buildings are intended for low income housing.
